I am a local, community-based Realtor with 12+ years of experience helping my clients purchase or sell their biggest and most important investment, their home.

As a result of experience, and community involvement, I have a pulse on home values in Snohomish & King County.

My understanding of the local Real Estate market helps me strategically market + price homes for my Sellers; and negotiate deals on behalf of my Buyers.

Over the last 12+ years of being a local Realtor, my sales have ranged from 1-Bedroom Condos to Residential Homes on Acreage and, combined, I have successfully marketed, negotiated and closed over 300+ Homes for my Home Buyers & Sellers.

As much as I LOVE REAL ESTATE, I also cherish the time spent with my loved ones. I enjoy cooking Mexican food, date nights with my husband, traveling to new destinations and playing scrabble with my teenagers.

I am also a Rotarian, spear-heading our yearly Rotary Barn Dance & Auction, and a Chamber of Commerce Board Member, planning networking events & helping local businesses connect with local residents. The two things I enjoy the most out of participating in both organizations are: helping those who are in transition and getting to meet local residents and business owners.
